The spread of diseases is one of the oldest problems of human society that has studied.
The variety of contagious diseases and risk factors for these diseases in epidemic control parameters are important factors which control the disease in the whole society. In some contagious disease transmission through contact of the infected with a healthy person is possible. In this paper we have down a brief review on the previous model of the spread of diseases on the society and then introduce a model for distinction between the effects of the contact of an infected with the other infected or improved individuals on the networks. Using dynamical systems (stability of fixed points) epidemic threshold for contact generalized model is calculated. The effects of distinction of the rates in the number of infected or improved individuals at the end of epidemic will discussed. If the rate of contact of two infected individuals has been greater than the rate of contact of an infected and improved individuals, then the maximum number of infected individuals is small, but they have more time for spreading the disease.
